Cancellations

Individual ELI Debriefs

Clients are free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a session but will not be entitled to a refund with any shorter notice. Arriving any later than fifteen minutes to a scheduled appointment qualifies as a no-show and constitutes the same cancellation policy.

Clients Enrolled in Individual Packages

Clients enrolled in long term individual coaching packages will be charged a $50 fee if they fail to reschedule a session within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving any later than fifteen minutes to a scheduled appointments qualifies as a no-show and constitutes the same cancellation policy.

Clients Enrolled in Group Programs

Cancellations are not applicable to members of coaching groups. Coaching group clients are free to miss any amount of sessions without penalization but unfortunately will not be entitled to refunds for sessions missed. Rescheduling a group session is possible if it is in the best interest of the group.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free sessions to consult on a potential coaching partnership. There is no financial penalty if you have to reschedule a discovery call, but clients are advised to please communicate if they will be unable to make the session. Because time is limited, there will only be a 10 minute grace period before someone is considered a no-show.
